I am trying to use the Eclipse CXF tools. From what I understand, I should expect them to appear in Window > Preferences > Web Services. However, they are not present.

I understand from the Skillport (www.skillsoft.com) class that I am taking, that these tools should be included in the Eclipse WTP, which is installed in my Eclipse for Java EE bundle.

I am unable to find, by searching the web, or the marketplace, an alternate source for these tools.

Please let me know if I have missed a step.
