After I have downloaded the program, whenever I open it, it gives me a pop up that says "Incompatible JVM; version 1.6.0_65 of the JVM is not suitable for this product; version: 1.7 or greater is required." I have tried fixing this, but I still can't find the solution to my problem. I have the latest version of java and I have a Mac os x 10.11.4. PLEASE HELP!!

Tried fixing this how? By "downloaded the program", exactly which file did you download?
