I am interested only in php development and I currently have Version: Luna Service Release 2 (4.4.2)

I see that that are other packages that appear to be higher than Luna. These packages are:

Neon

Oxygen

and Mars.

SInce these packages appear "higher" than Luna should I assume that Neon is the latest and greatest package that I better download immediately?
