Hi all,
we have to share projects with a customer that is using CVS while we use Git.
Therefore we kept the CVS files inside every project in order to make co-exist the two ways.
For some projects we are experiencing a strange behaviour:
EGit is showing that Entries-Repository-Root CVS files are deleted, while they exists on file system. If we open Git GUI on the same repo, we don't see them as deleted, which is what we expect.
Of course we have made every refresh, IDE restart and everything, but they still are showed there.
Still, if we select them and do a "Replace with HEAD Revision", then nothing happens: they still are there!
What we can do to make EGit working correctly, or at least as Git GUI is behaving?

Hi Matthias,
with [1] I see an empty list of features, without any error.
Instead with [2] I can see all the features, I select these:
Command Line Interface for Java implementation of Git 4.6.0.201609201942
Eclipse Git Team Provider 4.6.0.201609202050

and then I get this error:
