David,
The Eclipse IDE can support many things. On the download page or using
the Eclipse Installer you see a number of pre-packaged versions of it
available, but you can make your own package by installing additional
things into any one of them. E.g., you could install C/C++ support into
any of the packages you download, or you could download/install the
package that already contains it. As such, you can Google for (or use
Help -> Eclipse Market Place) to find the additional things you want to
install into whatever package you choose to start with.
