Hi Can,

We have done three years ago an LAAS experimental version of OM2M 0.8 on android. The main problem was that OM2M was based on OSGI. So on this version, we had removed OSGI framework to be more compliant with the android philosophy. On the eclipse version will also have also a difficulty with the database connexion based on eclipselink. So conclusion is, if you want to run eclipse OM2M on android there are several adaptations and development to do.

Thierry.

hello thierry,

Thank you so much for your response. Smile
So recently, all the cellphone applications integrates into OM2M as an IN-AE, not a ASN? And the communication between cellphone application and In-CSE must to use REST API?

Thanks in advance!
Can

Hi,

it depends on what you like to do. The simplest way is to create a ASN but if you need to have OneM2M common service, you will create an ADN or a MN.
