I am having difficulties getting into the Eclipse Market place to install two specific plugins. Is there an alternative method to get these plugins?

The plugins are:
- org.eclipse.papyrus.designer.languages.cpp.reverse
- org.eclipse.papyrus.designer.languages.cpp.reverse.ui
