OCL 6.1.0 is now available as part of the Neon modeling package

The 6.1.0 release should be installable on Luna, Mars, Neon since it
uses old Xtext runtime APIs. Unfortunately Xtext changed the runtime API
in Xtext 2.9 and so you cannot use Xtext 2.9 or 2.10 to develop editors
that extend OCL; you must use Xtext 2.8.4 or earlier to generate editor
extensions.

A 6.2.0 release that is installable only on Neon and that uses the
latest Xtext runtime APIs will be released in a month's time. A release
candidate is available now from:

6.1.0 and 6.2.0 will be maintained in parallel throughout the Neon
release cycle.

Use 6.1.0 if you require Luna/Mars compatibility.

Use 6.2.0 if you develop Xtext editors that extend OCL for Neon.

New functionality will be in the 6.3.0 developments.
