Hello.
I'm beginner. Some questions:

1. How to emulate MySql data base in Eclipse PHP Project ?
This is supported ?

2. Is there some web form designer in Eclipse?

1. Mocking Mysql isn't part of IDE. For tests you can use PHPUnit Mocking
2. There is only visual editor for JSP. In theory could be used for standard html templates.
