New to CF Builder 3 and Eclipse

Team is searching for a version control plugin to use with CF 11 development and using CF Builder 3. We are not using eclipse with CF Builder 3 as the plugin, but the stand-a-lone version of CF Builder 3.

Has anyone had success in doing this - or is this not supported?

ColdFusion - the adobe product for developing web applications and CF 3 is the IDE for ColdFusion - ColdFusion builder 3.
