is there some WB 1.9.0 or any other Neon (4.6) integration nightly update site available, to be tested with Neon (M6+) ?

There is still no WB version that supports Neon. It seems that Lars Vogel has stepped up to help in getting a new version with a signed build done:

Soon™ there might also exist an online updatesite. For now you have to build and install it from your local harddrive.

Till there is an official WindowBuilder P2 update site for Eclipse Neon you can use mine at https://dl.bintray.com/zaunerc/p2/org.eclipse.windowbuilder.p2_site/latest/. I have provided further background information over here.

I am very pleased and grateful that you have provided a Neon version of WindowBuilder Pro. If I setup Eclipse to use that for now is it safe/wise to change the url to the official release when it's made available ?

Who maintains the WindowBuilder Pro project now ?

Now WB can re-join Eclipse Neon train and be re-included in RCP/RAP & Java package, reverting these:

I would like to know the same. What will happen after 22nd September?

a) Official WindowBuilder will be marked as 'not installed' so we'll have to first uninstall the temporary release and then install the official one.

b) The official release will recognize WindowBuider as already 'installed' and the temporary release will be updated to the official build.

c) Something else.
