I would like to ask how can i install Mylyn in eclipse. I could not find any detailed description on the procedure.

While it may depend on which Eclipse package you began with, in my
experience, the Java packages all come with it installed whether I want
it there or not.

Have you tried Help -> Eclipse Marketplace?
