So, I've recently downloaded Eclipse Neon (because on Mars I had the same problem...), added custom theme (Moonrise UI Theme) nad imported preference file (RainbowDrops.epf). Everything was fine and colorful until I closed Eclipse, because when I opened it couple hours later - preferences where reseted to default Eclipse text colors etc. (but the enabled theme was still Moonrise).

Do I have to change something in Eclipse startup or sth like that? I've started to have this problem suddenly, 2 days ago everything was fine on my Eclipse Mars and suddenly it started reseting text colors all the time :/
