Maven projects not properly set up in eclipse when importing from git [message #1719575]

The following maven project does not get imported using a faceted form and not having any build paths etc set up using Eclipse Mars 4.5.1:

git@bitbucket.org:CoherentLogic/coherent-logic-fred-client.git

Importing projects from SVN using the same "Check out Maven Projects from SCM" option works fine.... any idea what could be wrong?
