First of all, make sure that you 've defined a correct mapping so that
you semantic object can be displayed in your diagram. See "Add a Node to
the Layer" in the starter tutorial [1].
You can add a new semantic object, opening your semantic/business model
in the EMF reflexive editor.
Then, the paragraph "Define the actions performed by the Create Node
tool"[1] should provides all your need to help you create your create tool.
Refer also to the sirius documentation [2] [3] to know more about
CreateInstance and ChangeContext Operation
