Cannot add Saxon XSL Processor due to missing preferences [message #1718548]

I am a newbie to Java, I am using Eclipse Version: Mars.1 Release (4.5.1). For XSLT transformations I need to use the Saxon processor. But, when I navigate to Window -> Preferences -> XML I don't see the options for XSL. This is strange because my other colleagues see this option in their (same version of) Eclipse.

How can I get the XSL options?

Senior Member

Likely they installed the Java EE package and you installed the Java
package. You can use the plug-in spy to see where what they have
installed comes from. With that preference page active, Shift-Alt-F1
will show which bundle contributed that page.
