Eclipse 4.5.1 under Ubuntu 15.10 and "install New Software" [message #1717232] |

Hi,
previously i was running Eclipse under Windows without any issue.
Now i migrated to Ubuntu 15.10 and i installed Eclipse 4.5.1 (so Mars version) without any issue.
I wanted to install RSE (remote system explorer) so part of TM (target management) using my common user. However the button "Next" to install the software was disable.
If i launch eclipse as root, and do the same thing, i can click on Next button to install the software.
From my point of view that's a little weird as a common user could need at any time to install/upgrade eclipse, adding new eclipse's part/software.
SO i would like to know what should i do to make my standard user be able to install new software without being forced to do it under root ?
is there a file permission to change ? all my eclipse files are owned by my common user "alain"
thx a lot.
