Mars - JS validation in JSP [message #1716221]

After updating to Mars I am getting JS syntax errors inside TAG files (when using JSP variables within script tag).

The file is not marked as invalid nor there is any error in Markers/Problems view.

I tried to disable JavaScript Validator and Validation builders in the project and setting JavaScript exclusion path.
