Hi, system is
Win7 64 bit as VM (VMware Workstation) on Win7 64 bit host, Eclipse Mars, and MinGW.
Create a classic C program 'Hello World' and it builds without error. Creates an exe file in Debug folder. (I believe its 32 bit exe). Hit Run or debug or execute direct from command line (shell) and I get same result. No program output.
Look in Task manager and find 3 (yes 3) copies of exe file in memory. Cant
delete them. Can only re-boot windows. (which is mercifully quick as its a VM)
Any ideas ????
Do I need a 64 bit version of MinGW ?
UPDATE :::::: This is NOT and Eclipse CDT issue. Its the VM. The C HelloWorld app created above executes OK on host operating system.
