Hi,
There is nothing to do to have the icon on lines of table. The joined
screenshot shows an example of a simple table made with EcoreTools [1].
The corresponding table description is here [2].

No, they come from the EMF Ecore edit plugin (org.eclipse.emf.ecore.edit).

You need to generate the edit plugin associated to the metamodel. You
can have a look to [1] Integration with EMF, especially "...From the
derived Ecore model and its generator model, we generated the edit
plug-in (needed by GMF) and added some fancier icons..."
