Unable to add modules for a Custom ServerType [message #1708058]

Does anyone have a complete example on how to add a new ServerType/Runtime/ and w/ new Project Facets/Modules.

So far I have been able to create extension points for the above components, however I am still not able to add any modules to the new server type.

In addition the log shows no errors and there is nothing noticabling wrong when running trace for the eclipse.server.core plugin
