The option did not exist for containers/lists in the previous released
versions of Sirius (0.9, 1.0, 2.0) but it has been introduced by Bug
461593 [1] and has been released with Sirius 3.0.0 this june with Mars
So since in Sirius 3.0.0, specifiers can choose to hide per default the
label of containers/lists and users have the capability to use the
hide/reveal label actions (menu and tabbar).
