Hi, I'm working on a simple static website, when I alter my static websites files and want to publish they won't update "FILE may be locked from another file".

I've reaserached this and the solution appears to be altering Jetyy;

I've done the first part however can't locate the second file and unsure if this is even the correct approach? I didn't install Jetty separately but assummed it comes with Eclipse?

Any advice on how to solve this problme would be appreciated?
