Hello,
A solution could be to create a Double-Click tool that will next
delegate the job to your own Service or Java Action (instead of the EEF
Java Action) that will open the properties view. Unfortunately, there is
no default Java Action provides by Sirius to open a properties view wizard.

Hello,
The Sirius EEF adapter provides an extension point to hide Sirius
built-in sections.
Take a look at the documentation in Sirius > Sirius Specifier Manual >
Using the Extended Editing Framework with Sirius > Optional tasks (tabs
optimization) > Hide Sirius built-in property sheet sections (and the
corresponding tabs)
