Hi all,

we've introduced new Bugzilla components 'Test' for everything related
to testing and 'RelEng' for everything related to the (automated) build
process.

Whoever wants to be notified about new bugs in these areas should go to
the Bugzilla preferences and select the 'email' tab [1].

At the bottom of this page he can 'Add users to my watch list'.

The email addresses for the new components are
* etrice.test-inbox@xxxxxxxx for Test
* etrice.releng-inbox@xxxxxxxx for RelEng
