I'm trying to install buildhelper do my desktop and it keeps disappearing when I refresh my screen. I need assistance with this issue.

I wonder if this is the right thing to do.

All the references I see to buildhelper are very old. I also see one
asserting that buildhelper is outdated, already in the Eclipse Juno
timeframe.

When you install Eclipse now, the Java developer packages anyway, it
pretty much comes with Maven I think. Anyway, I use Luna, don't
specially install anything and it just works. I did a small project just
last night from scratch using Maven, so I'm sure of what I'm saying
about it already being in Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers, Luna.

If you need help making Maven work for building your Java project,
please repost that question here and I (or someone else) will try to
help you. As it is with this post, I don't in fact know what you're
trying to do other than force buildhelper into Eclipse which might no
longer be the right thing to do. If you're just trying to get Maven to
build your project, I can help.
