I looked at the recent update site but did not see any updated for recent versions of eclipse.

Then I looked at the discussions, and there seem to be a trend of fewer messages.

Has active development stopped or moved to another project ?

Hello Henrik,

While RSE is mostly in maintenance mode, we have very actively worked on Terminal 4.0 - check out the mailing list archive to get a sense on what has been done:
