Hello,

I am quite new into the idea of open source and i am very impressed by the Eclipse Platform and how it works. If been reading a lot wikis the last couple of days.

One thing I did not unterstand was the idea of working groups and how their participants are working together. Are working group supposed to be a "smaller" group of industry companies working on a particular project (or several)? In other words, are the results of a working group also published on the Eclipse platform by the Eclipse Foundation or by the working group members themselves?
