This is not in the scope of Orbit. We do not push for or evaluate the
approval of libs etc. That is for the individual projects to do based
on their needs. Of course we hope that by raising the awareness of what
libs are already in use by other Eclipse projects we can gain some level
of harmony but ultimately if a project really thinks they need A over B,
that's great.
