I'm building a plug-in that uses antrunner. I would like to allow the
customer to take advantage of features that are new in Ant 1.7, but need to
run with older versions of Ant as well.

I'm thinking it would be nice to have multiple build files that antrunner
selects based on the version of Ant runtime. This would be something similar
to national language support where properties files are customized based on
locale.

Does this sound like a feature that is common enough to warrant a feature
request?
