You'd be better to ask this kind of question on the platform newsgroup.
I would recommend not using vendor specific APIs. Use the JDK's JAXP
APIs instead:
DocumentBuilderFactory documentBuilderFactory =
DocumentBuilderFactory.newInstance();
documentBuilderFactory.setNamespaceAware(true);
DocumentBuilder documentBuilder =
documentBuilderFactory.newDocumentBuilder();
Document document = documentBuilder.parse(new File(DATA_FOLDER +
"DOMTreeNode.xml"));
TransformerFactory transformerFactory =
TransformerFactory.newInstance();
Transformer transformer = transformerFactory.newTransformer();
transformer.transform(new DOMSource(document), new
StreamResult(System.out));
