I´m using qnx 6.2.1 and eclipse 2.1 with CDT plugin, and it works correctly.

Does it exist a way to integrate eclipse with gcc?

The idea is build my projects directly from the IDE, and find error
lines if any. Is it possible?

Any suggestion is welcome.

Regards.

use the standard make project, it comes with a bunch of error parsers
that you can select in the property.

This goes QNX, GNU Linux, Solaris etc ..
