Is there a way to remove a vestigial Perspective tab from a window? That is, the extension defining the Perspective was removed between executions of Eclipse with the same workspace (e.g. as the result of an upgrade); so the vestigial tab is still there. Is there any way to remove it, preferably during workspace start up?
