I am trying to follow a YouTube video to develop a Window. The video adds a package and then right clicks on the package, select "Others..." and they get a list that contains a Swing Designer. Where is mine?

OH, I see. It is a download from Google. But...

I have version 4.2.1 of Eclipse and there is no version from Google that supports this version. What now reinstall Eclipse?

You can also download WindowBuilder from eclipse.org. Builds for Eclipse 4.2 and 4.3 are avaialble.

It does not show on the Eclipse website. It does say that 4.2 does support WindowsBuilder but finding it remains a challenge.
