View BIRT report through a website [message #985695] Thu, 15 November 2012 12:31 Go to next message

Hi Fernando!

I am new in BIRT. I have a query that you might know how to solve that. I can prepare report using BIRT but I want this report to convert as a webpage or web application. So that my manager can open the generated report from a website rather than from Eclipse and data and chart could be updated dynamically.

I am using Eclipse Juno for developing report.

Please inform me if you know the answer Smile

It looks like you need to deploy an application server, something like Tomcat or jBoss..

Thanks Smile

Do you have any tutorial on how to use an application server to run BIRT report independently?
