Looking for GEF Test Examples [message #965574]

I have seen a great Video example from Alex, whose link is listed in the following:

I am very interested in the Test Suit FULLTEST in the video Presentation.
As I have a similar Test suit which is very similar as that one mentioned in the Video. I am new in Jubula and I don't know how I can draw a flow chart in GEF Application.

It would really be appreciated that I can get a copy of that Test suit.

Hi,

We haven't currently got a Test Suite in the examples projects that works with a GEF application, however, there is help available in the documentation.

If you're totally new to Jubula, then I'd suggest you do things in this order:
1. Do the "First Steps Cheat Sheet" which you can open from the "Help" menu. (You'll need to get the example application by installing the standalone version of Jubula)
2. Read the chapter on testing RCP applications.
3. Read the chapter on testing GEF applications (most specifically the sections on testing GEF components and using the inspector).

Once you've done these things, you should have a reasonable idea of how to write tests in general, start your GEF AUT, and use the inspector to find out the textpath of the figures you want to test. You can also read in the reference manual about the different actions offered on the figure canvas.
