I am running Eclipse 3.0.2 on Linux Red Hat Fedore 3.0. For some reason
my Update Manager doesn't see all Eclipse 3.1 components when I point it to
Eclipse update site. I do see four Graphical Editing components, as well
as earlier Eclipse versions up to 3.0.2, but not Eclipse 3.1. Am I looking
at wrong update site ? Or Linux versions of Eclipse 3.1 haven't been
posted there yet ?

The update manager is for getting updates to plugins, not for
updating Eclipse between major versions. You need to download the
Eclipse 3.1 SDK and then you can use the update manager to download
plugins for Eclipse 3.1.
