Hi,

In the next releases that'll be good if I can have those hint constants
back in SWT. As comments are telling, those are hints and thereby not
necessarily supported by all platforms.

Our policy is not to expose API that we cannot really support. I think
that for pure styling hints it would not hurt to provide them anyway.
But their are also flags that would pretend a functionality that is not
(yet) available, such as key constants.
If you miss certain style flags, please file a bug.

Just for curiosity: why do you need SWT.SHADOW_ETCHED_IN? The Javadoc
says: "It is ignored on all platforms except Motif."

Well, I'm doing porting. It's not so important to me.
