What's the best practice when you have four or five different report layouts that you want to base on the same query, data, and parameter set?

I suppose you can hide / unhide tables. Another approach would be to have a web page that captures the parameters and then goes to the appropriate report (i.e., a list of reports in a drop-down). However, this expands the scope of the report to a mini web app.

What do you all suggest?

You could use a library for the common components or use a beforeFactory script to drop items from a report design based on parameters.
