Constant SVN Difference [message #938995]

Hello all,

I am using Eclipse with SubClipse for a Java project. I have updated to the latest version of the project in the SVN repository but the Project Explorer view still shows the small asterix symbol to show there is a difference with the repository. I have tried comparing the two packages that the difference points to but the comparison states that there is no difference.

What am I doing wrong?
