This forum isn't really adapted to answer your question. Struts is a
seriously aging technology, but you'll find it addressed all over the
web, as well as more modern frameworks to accomplish the same things.
Google is your friend.
Specific questions about aspects of Eclipse in developing web
application are typically answered in the Eclipse web tools forum.
You'll want to have downloaded Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers or the
plug-ins it consists of.
I always suggest perusing vogella.de for a good survey of web
programming examples and tutorials.
