Dear all,
I recently created a sales order confirmation in Birt RCP report designer 3.7.1
This report runs fine in 3.7.1.
In this report, several scripts are embedded in the rptdesign.
Last month we started testing the same report on the 4.2.0 version of RCP designer. The designer runs after applying the intial bugfix as reported on this forum.
The sales-order-confirmation report loads with no errors in the designer and it runs even with executing the custom code.
Yet, when trying to open the script tab in the designer it will not display the code or not even the available events.
I tried both on win 32 bit version (server 2003) as on 64bit version (server 2008R2), same result.
After this, I tested to create/edit scripts for a brand new report (with no existing layout / script or other inheritance) with same result: the script editor tab can be selected, but nothing appears.
Am I missing something or is this to be considered as a bug?
