is RAP 1.1 RC3 qooxdoo 0.7.3?

And if not, which RAP-Release will be qx 0.7.3 based?

From my current point of view, the migration to qx 0.7.3 in the 1.2
development cycle will depend on the progress that we can make with
adopting qx 0.8. If it works out well, there probably won't be a
need to migrate to 0.7.3 anymore as 0.8 solves the current qx
problems plus gives us nice new features.
