Need help with builder [message #911392]

I created an Eclipse RCP application that has it's own editors and architecture.
When I implemented the builder and a nature, I get only FULL build type. I do not get any incremental build events when single files are added to teh application.

Any ideas where I can look or debug to find why I get only full builds?
