Hi!
Debian 2.6.32-5-amd64
eclipse-cpp-juno-linux-gtk-x86_64
Installed software:
Autotools support for CDT 3.0.1.201206111645org.eclipse.cdt.autotools.feature.group Eclipse CDT

I have project source files tree with the Makefile which I want add to the eclipse:

File -> New -> Makfile Project with Existing Code
Select the root folder with the source tree but nothing happen - I still have empty workspace
What I do wrong?

Please read sticky posts at top of this forum.

I have this problem as well, and I read the sticky posts. Are you saying this isn't the right forum for the question?

I'm saying that the Eclipse CDT forum is full of guys who are used to
doing this and maybe there's more of them in that forum than in this
one. The fact that no one's come along to answer here so far would
suggest that the newcomers' forum might not be the best place for this
question. If the question's not answered there, you might try
stackoverflow with careful tagging.
