BTW, it looks like nightly build update site is not being updated. If you can manage your env, you can get last successful build from https://hudson.eclipse.org/hudson/job/cbi-pdt-3.0-juno/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/result (this url can be used as an update site)

Note that this article will become outdated even on today.
