[CDO] setting a reference feature unique not allowed while advised in performance tip [message #886581]

Hi,

In de advises here:

http://wiki.eclipse.org/Tweaking_CDO_Performance

the advise to set the reference to unique is not allowed by EMF.
I get the error:

"A containment or bidirectional reference must be unique if it's upper bound is different from 1"

Is this really a valid advise, or am I missing something?

You set it to unique and *then* EMF complains it must be unique? That seems contradictory to me.

I think the wiki text should be updated to say explicitely "non-bidirectional cross references" because all other
reference types are either unique by definition or uniqueness is not applicable.

unique = false is what I meant. Well just followed the advise there.
