Hi,
due to client-server architecture of RAP saving a file on the client
file system is not possible. The only way the get a file on the client
is to download it from the server (provide a download link). If you want
to save the file on the server, I don't think is a good idea to give the
user a possibility to browse the server file system ;-). What is your
use case?

Export EXCEL
open the local Save file dialog, enter the file name.

there is no SaveDialog in RAP. If you which to provide a download please
see this FAQ entry:
