Looking for a quick summary and tutorial on the webtoolsl project [message #80146]

Warning: troll alert. I just read http://www.eclipse.org/webtools/. It
need a little less corporate-speak and a little more clarity. What is
the webtools project trying to accomplish, by when (to start)? Will I be
able to edit website content in a WYSIWIG fashion similar to say
Dreamweaver, but inside Eclipse? Will I be able to debug client-side
Javascript? Will I be able to issue SQL queries to a postgres database?
Remotely? Visually? Pl. advise. Thanks.
