Hi.
I want to make a suggestion to improve Eclipse IDE.
Would be very comfortably when collapse block comments to display first line with description.
But do not fold completely block comments.

Now folding works so (not displayed a description, not comfortable): {file#1}
But it would be so convenient: {file#2}

Otherwise I have often collapse / expand or wait for the hint with the description.
